What to do when you need return a product

For damaged, misprinted or defective items, please submit your claim within 30 days of receipt of the product. For lost packages, please submit your claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Unclaimed returns will be destroyed after 30 days. Lost orders and claims generated by our error are fully covered at our expense. We will notify you when a returned shipment reaches our facility. The return address is set to our facility by default. If our facility is not used as the return address on your shipments, you will be liable for any returned shipments.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: If you or your end customer provide inadequate address information, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed your updated address, you will be liable for any reshipment costs.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS: If a shipment is returned to our facilities, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping it if you ask us to do so.

CUSTOMER RETURNS: You must advise your end customers to contact you before returning any product that is not damaged or does not have defects. You are to offer refunds at your own expense and discretion. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been customized or clearly personalized. We do not accept returns of goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons. You hereby acknowledge that any returned orders with opened sealed goods will be disposed of. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion (Directive 2011/83/EU).
